In our Hair Department, the team members are currently studying the Hair Color by Design Foundations. HCbD is a principle based program that was developed by Factions Creative Director and Owner, JoAnn Kohut. HairColor by Design  provides the hair designers with core fundementals to create a style, shape and hair color that compliments the client
